Additional Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the photographs.

Also featured in this new photograph release is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.

The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.

The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a key identifying distinct areas of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring layouts for dock shelters.

More materials made public as part of the ongoing congressional process.
